Account information: Your email address and the name you provide when you register. We use these to identify your account and display your name to friends you invite.

Location: When you search for nearby venues, we ask for your device location to find restaurants and activities around you. We use your location only for that search and do not store it on your account.

Plan and invitation details: The titles, dates, venues, and notes you add to a plan, plus the names and email addresses of friends you invite. This information is stored so you and your invitees can view and respond to the plan.

RSVP responses: When you or your guests respond to an invitation, we store the response status and any optional notes.

Payment information: If you subscribe to Meal & More Premium, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number — Stripe handles that securely and tells us only whether your subscription is active.

Feedback and waitlist submissions: Messages you send through our contact form and email addresses submitted on our waitlist page.

We use the information above to:

• Create and manage your account and plans.
• Send invitations and RSVP updates to you and your guests.
• Search for nearby venues based on your location.
• Process premium subscription payments through Stripe.
• Respond to your feedback and support requests.

Your plan details are visible to you and the friends you invite. We do not sell your information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the app:

• Stripe — processes subscription payments securely.
• Our hosting and database providers — store your account and plan data.

We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the Account Settings screen, which removes your plans, invitations, and personal details. Anonymous RSVP records from guests who joined without an account may be kept until the related plan is removed.

Meal & More may request the following device permissions:

• Location — to find nearby venues for your plans.
• Notifications — to send you reminders and updates about your plans (optional).

You can manage these permissions in your device settings at any time.

Meal & More is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

You can update your name or email from your account settings, delete your account at any time, and manage device permissions through your phone's settings.

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including secure connections and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data using industry-standard practices.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above and, for significant changes, notify you within the app.
